Alex Hansen is a Microsoft Systems Engineer, a certified Cisco network technician, and has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. Prior to starting the company, Alex was in charge of 52 support technicians and all of desktop support for 25,000 users at the 3M Company in St. Paul.
